Such a brilliant story :D . Well done. (I can't believe there's an app for labour- if I'd known that DF might've been interested enough to get out of bed when I was in labour!).

Wow well done Allie. I am so pleased it all went without a hitch and you didn't have to go anywhere near a hospital. At least with it being so quick you didn't have to worry about having enough energy or even losing too much sleep!
Am loving the 'family nose check' too - so cute!

Allie that is such a fantastic, inspirational story :D

I'm so glad you got your named midwife, not that you needed her ;). And what a lovely, special name.

I LOL'd at your BFF thinking she was a boy - we knew Jacob was a boy and they had a boy hat all prepared for him when he came out, but said we could confirm it ourselves. I remember the midwife lifting him slightly off my chest to show me so I could confirm and because of what I'd read about girl bits getting swollen and looking like boy bits, I said "Is it a girl?". I think they all thought I was bonkers

Anyway, congratulations, you're an absolute star.
